Jeff Hixson is a Board Certified Hearing Aid Specialist. He has been serving the hard-of-hearing for over 25 yrs. His expertise in computers has won him wide recognition among his peers. When not helping his patients, he enjoys spending time with his family and working on his culinary skills.

Patient Services Coordinator
Jessica is from the Fort Oglethorpe area but new to the hearing aid world but has years of experience in customer service. She came into this position in hopes to help change hearing lives in 2018. She enjoys meeting new people daily and showing them what true southern hospitality is all about!
She has two daughters who attend school locally and are actively involved at United Karate Studio in Chickamauga. She has been with her fiance for coming up on 4 years. They enjoy watching the girls compete in tournaments. They also have 3 French Bulldogs who are completely spoiled rotten.
