Roberto, a dedicated Hearing Instrument Specialist, hails originally from Rancho Cucamonga, California and now calls Chattanooga, Tennessee home since 2021. His journey in the hearing industry began in 2014, initially licensed in California in 2017 and expanding his expertise to Georgia by 2022. Roberto was inspired to enter this field by his deep-seated passion for improving the lives of individuals facing hearing challenges.
Roberto entered the hearing industry in 2014, driven by a passion to transform lives affected by hearing challenges. With all of his experience, he excels in fitting dispensing state-of-the-art hearing aids tailored to individual needs. His commitment lies in delivering personalized care, enhancing patients’ quality of life, and guiding them through their hearing journey.
In his spare time, Roberto enjoys mountain biking, grilling, playing video games, enjoying sports and cherishing moments with his Wife and kids.

Patient Care Coordinator
Jessica is from the Fort Oglethorpe area but new to the hearing aid world but has years of experience in customer service. She came into this position in hopes to help change hearing lives in 2018. She enjoys meeting new people daily and showing them what true southern hospitality is all about!
She has two daughters who attend school locally and are actively involved at United Karate Studio in Chickamauga. She has been with her fiance for coming up on 4 years. They enjoy watching the girls compete in tournaments. They also have 3 French Bulldogs who are completely spoiled rotten.
